How to get rid of cigarette addiction?
-
1. Find a new addiction 🙋♂️
Smoking is often a way to relieve stress or fill time. But what if you found a new addiction instead of a cigarette? Maybe sports, cooking or stamp collecting! Trust me, if you find something that you enjoy and relaxes you as much as smoking, you won't miss it.

2. Find your motivation 🏁
It is important to find your motivation for wanting to quit smoking. Without motivation, it will be hard to keep quitting and the likelihood of success will be much less. Some of the motivations can be: improved health, more self-confidence, saving money.

3. Stop it gradually 📉
Quitting smoking day to day causes withdrawal symptoms to the body, which can be very difficult and enough people give up. Gradually stopping smoking allows the body to gradually get used to lower doses of nicotine and reduce withdrawal symptoms, leading to successful quitting. So I've created a checklist to help you with this. 💪
