My Story

My name is Honza and I used to be a regular guy who smoked and drank alcohol occasionally. But as time went by, I gradually became a smoker, heavy drinker, and a big slacker. However, I realized that I didn't want to live like that anymore. I wanted to break free from my addictions to smoking and drinking, but my struggle lasted for years and all the advice on the internet was completely useless.

One day, when I went to the doctor, he told me that my health was not good at all and that I had to quit smoking and drinking. So, I decided to do everything in my power to say goodbye to my addictions forever.

And here's the interesting part of the story. Even though none of the advice on the internet helped me in the past, one day I came up with something that changed my life! I came up with a table in Excel where I gradually reduced my smoking and drinking doses. And you know what? It worked! Yes, it worked like magic.

Even though none of the advice on the internet helped me, I found my own way to break free from my addictions. And that was thanks to those tables that I created myself.

When I looked at the table and saw how the doses were gradually decreasing, I felt like a winner. Until I finally stopped smoking and drinking alcohol altogether.

Now, I am a different Honza. I live a healthy life, exercise, and I don't feel tired and rotten like before. And you know what's best? I don't have any cravings for cigarettes and alcohol anymore. And all thanks to those magical tables in Excel.

My excitement was incredible! When I saw how I managed to change my life thanks to the table I created myself, I had to tell all my friends about it. And they were just as excited as I was! When they saw how I had changed, they also wanted to try something similar. So, I sent them the magical table and they started filling it out too.
